Born in Grand Rapids, MI, USA in 1982

2000-2005 Studied at Kendall College of Art and Design (BFA)

I've alwasy been influenced by movies, songs, and comics. From a very young age I was very artistic and could mimic some of my favorite comic book artists, Jim Lee and Todd McFarlene.

Since college, I've done numerous portraits, tattoos, and I've been deleveloping a couple graphic novels with my dear friend Aaron Atkinson. (GINA: The Soul Collector and The Deck)

Influenced by comics to this day. Some books I still read on an anual basis are Watchmen, 1608, The Ultimate X-men Volumes, The Dark Knight Returns, Batman: Year One. I'm currently reading Robert Kirkman's The Walking Dead Series (which is AMAZING if you haven't read it do yourself a favor and buy these books!)

As mentioned above I've been a fan of Todd McFarlene and Jim Lee since I was very young, Alan Moore, Brian Michael Bendis, Kevin Smith, and Frank Miller. Currently a few of my favorite artists are Adam and Andy Kubert, Tony Moore and Charlie Adlard.

I am  currently looking to get into the art field as a Graphic Artist and am interested in conceptual design.
